The Story of Common Fly

In the Spring of 2023 Northwestern University student Ian Castracane received a grant to produce a short stop-motion animated film from a quirky script he had submitted about a desperate housefly having a really bad day.

Nearly twelve months and over 20,000 images later the film was screened to much acclaim at Northwestern's MultiStudio Premiere event in June 2024.
